The purchaser expressly represents and warrants to ProGenixTech that the purchaser will properly test, use, manufacture and market any products purchased from ProGenixTech and https://progenixtech.com and/or materials produced with products purchased from https://progenixtech.com in accordance with the practices of a reliable person who is experienced in the field and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, now and hereinafter enacted.

The purchaser further warrants that any material produced with any product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and shall not be materials which may not, under Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Act, be introduced into interstate commerce. The purchaser realizes that, since ProGenixTech and https://progenixtech.com’s products are, unless otherwise stated, intended solely for research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. The purchaser assumes responsibility to assure that the products purchased from https://progenixtech.com are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed based on product purchased, handling, packing materials required and the shipping method chosen. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your order through the provided link.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Progenix Tech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS & RETURNS: Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect or damaged items, please email Support@ProGenixTech.com for assistance. Our customer support representatives are standing by to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our product quality, customer support and delivery.

Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order.
